First, let me say there was a bunch of fun stuff.
The leather bag, of course, and it was stuffed with goodies: a sharp edged resin set that looks almost exactly like my real amethyst set, a set of metal dice, a couple mass produced sets, a rolling tray, and a couple velvet dice bags, also some cool SWAG from Misty Mountain Gaming: a couple pins, a silicone bracelet, lanyard, and sticker.
Ordered it and received it promptly from Nord Games.
However, there was an issue with the bag: whomever stuffed it put stuff that was too big into the smallest pouch and ripped out (not just popped the thread, but ripped the leather) a part of one of the seams.
I contacted Nord Games & Misty Mountain (via the email on the invoice in the shipment) to warn them to watch out and indicated I wasn't sure what could be done for me personally.
Nord Games replied within a couple days and indicated "Misty Mountain Gaming may be able to help you with this one and we'll also keep an eye out for this in the future."
It's been a week since my original email and silence from Misty Mountain.
The goods that came were awesome (other than the damage to the bag, of course)! The lack of response (at all) from Misty Mountain, not so awesome. The lack of any communication makes it so I probably will not get anything sourced from them again and want others to be forewarned.
