Treacherous Traps Hardcover (5E)

I finally got in touch with Nord Games, and they shipped me the product I paid for.

It was a good write up of unique traps, with a nice layout and easy to read summaries.

I buy the Treacherous Trap Book but instead of it, I receive the Random Trap Generator Deck. I paid 63€ for a 17€ card deck which I don'ty even want.
I try to contact them to resolve the problem but I already write to them 4 messages and no one bothered to answer me!
I'm very, very disappointed.
I initially thought it was an honest mistake, but now I'm starting to think it's a complete scam, since they're not responding to messages and don't seem to want to fix the problem!
I'm seriously considering taking legal action.

So far I’m enjoying the book. Once you read 20 traps or so, you understand the formula on how traps are generally designed. There are enough tables and mechanisms to help you design your own traps. I would suggest that this is a “nice-to-have” and not an essential book in a DMs library.
