This deck is more useful than the GM Crit Deck. I like the variety provided by the different damage types. Sometimes the magic one does not make sense depending on the spell cast, but you can modify the results to match the spell cast. If you want the players to be even more over the top, then give them an extra damage die on top of the card.

We’ve really enjoyed using these in our campaigns. Makes getting a critical hit feel more special and the players love the act of drawing from the deck! My only complaint is with the graphics and layout. The text can be a bit hard to read, it’s not easy to identify the correct damage type on the card, and the card backs don’t tell you which deck it is. This can be a problem if you also have the crit for DMs and critical fail decks, as we do. Other than that the quality is good and the bonuses enhance play.
