Q: When should I expect my order?

A: We ship out orders Monday through Thursday. Orders that come in before noon on these days will typically ship the same day. Any orders that come in after noon on Thursday through Monday before noon will ship out Monday after noon.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You should receive an email confirming your order. If you do not, you can login to your account using the My Account link at the top of the Nord Games website. Once logged in to your account click on the Orders link on the left hand side of the page. This should show you all of your orders and allow you to view their details. Tracking information will be stored here which will be linked to the shipper’s website. Click on the link and check the status on USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on the shipper).

Q: Why is a product not available in my preferred game system?

A: If we don’t publish in multiple game systems it’s because we feel conversion and production costs are too high to make the product profitable, or there is already a product that fills that niche in that game system.
