The name here is a bit misleading. This is not a deck of monsters and their stats. It tells you the page in the monster manual where you can find monsters. It is useless without the 5e Monster manual.
These decks offer a wonderful, quick option to the new DM for random encounters and even to fill out their dungeons or campaign encounters. All in all they are a fantastic resource for the new and experienced DM alike.
