How the Book Is Organized
The characters are divided into three sections by alignment, ten good, ten neutral, and ten evil, and each section opens with the guilds and factions those characters belong to. That gives you the organization behind the person, so a single NPC can pull an entire faction into your campaign.
Because every character is statted at six points across their career, the same person can recur as your party levels. The sergeant who trained them at level one can return as a commander at level sixteen, without you rebuilding anything. Unique magic items and spells appear throughout.
Run them as allies, patrons, and villains, or hand one to a player as a ready-made character. So strap on your armor, sharpen your sword, and meet your comrades-in-arms.
