This Deck is a big help to all DMs of this world and so are all other Wandering Monsters Decks. It is quite nice to have access to a lot of interesting monsters in their own environment without having to prepare for it. All of the monsters also have their respective page in the Monster Manual, which helps a lot to keep a fast and fluid D&D game night!
If you're ever just bored or in need of a quick encounter, this deck is a great tool to use with fun, thematic encounters.
These are really cool. The best part is the description. Sometimes I only use them for the details. I will look at them and make the encounter based off of the card and then use the way they describe the sounds and looks to immerse my players deeper. Some are pretty bad a.. and I would not have thought about describing the creatures or its sounds that way. Great tool.
